City Code, Chapter 71, §71.01 Parking Prohibitions, (F), (1) prohibits parking on city streets between 3 am and 7 am, except by permit. Permits are good for 10 days from the date of application.
Submit your application online. Please print prior to hitting submit as this will be your permit that you will place on the dash of the vehicle that will be parked in the roadway. Without this permit you may receive a parking ticket.
